Common Questions

How far in advance should I book?

For best availability, we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially for weekend dates. For large festivals, 6-12 months is ideal. However, don't hesitate to reach out for last-minute needs – we may have availability!

Do you provide lighting too?

While our primary focus is audio, we offer lighting coordination as part of our Club and Festival packages. We work with trusted local lighting professionals to provide a seamless production experience.

Can you work with our venue's sound restrictions?

Absolutely. Great sound doesn't have to be loud. We are experienced in working within noise ordinances and venue-specific SPL (Sound Pressure Level) limits. We use advanced tools to monitor levels and ensure compliance while still delivering a great-sounding show.

What if we need to cancel?

Our cancellation policy will be clearly outlined in your agreement. Generally, the initial deposit is non-refundable, but we offer flexibility for rescheduling based on availability.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, Soundguy Productions carries comprehensive liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.
